An 11KV panel — also called an HT (High Tension) panel or 11KV grid panel — is a medium voltage switchgear assembly that receives and manages electrical supply at 11,000 volts. In Pakistan, 11KV is the standard supply voltage provided by LESCO, GEPCO, IESCO, MEPCO, and other DISCOs to large industrial and commercial consumers.
Any organization receiving a dedicated WAPDA/DISCO 11KV supply needs an 11KV panel. This includes large factories, textile mills, cement plants, hospitals, shopping malls, housing societies, hotels, and university campuses. The panel houses Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs), protection relays, Current Transformers (CTs), Potential Transformers (PTs), and metering equipment — all conforming to IEC 62271-200.

A dry-type transformer uses cast-resin epoxy insulation instead of oil — making it fire-safe, maintenance-free, and suitable for indoor installation without the civil requirements (oil containment bunds, fire suppression) that oil transformers demand.
Bilal Switchgear Engineering is the sole distributor of GBE dry-type transformers, and Jiangsu-Yawei dry & Power Transformers in Pakistan. GBE & Jiangsu-Yawei dry type transformers are the preferred choice for hospitals, data centers, hotels, commercial towers, and any facility where fire safety, maintenance access, or space is a concern. Compared to conventional oil transformers, dry-type units require no oil sampling or filtration, carry lower insurance premiums, and can be installed directly in basements or electrical rooms without special civil provisions.

A type-tested panel — technically called a Totally Type Tested Assembly (TTA) — is a switchgear panel whose complete design has been verified through a formal series of tests at an accredited international laboratory. These tests cover temperature rise under rated current, short-circuit withstand (up to 50kA for 1 second), dielectric strength, IP protection rating, and mechanical endurance.
Why does it matter? Because non-type-tested panels rely on the manufacturer's calculations alone — there's no independent proof that the panel will perform safely under a real fault. For critical facilities like hospitals, data centers, factories, and infrastructure projects, specifying type-tested panels is not just best practice — it's often a contractual and insurance requirement.

Yes. We manufacture and supply galvanized steel cable trays and cable ladders for industrial and commercial electrical installations. Our cable management systems are available in perforated tray, ladder rung, and solid-bottom configurations to suit different cable types and environments. All systems are fabricated to IEC and BS load capacity standards and supplied with complete fitting sets including bends, tees, reducers, and support brackets.
